Matt, Sonya and Meghan of Quinlan Homes are excited to be a part of Franklin School’s Fall Festival this Saturday, September 30th.  We will be handing out complimentary cider donuts and sharing information about our Franklin Friends and Family Referral Program, so be sure to stop by and say hello!   Quinlan Homes at Classified Realty Group has been a top producing residential real estate team since 2011. As parents of Franklin students; Matt and Sonya have two children and another will be become a Dragon next year and Meghan also has two children; We appreciate what an amazing school Franklin is.  It truly is a special place with an extraordinary staff.  The PTO is also a huge part of why it is so special.  From improving the shared spaces such as the cafeteria and the staff room, to providing funds for Franklin teachers to enrich their curriculum, and hosting community events such as the Fall Festival, the PTO is a tremendous contributor to the Franklin Community.   As educators, Matt and Meghan have both spent over a decade teaching in elementary schools.  We have experienced first hand the benefits of having a supportive PTO as teachers and want to do what we can to help, which is why we have created their Franklin Friends and Family Referral Program.  For every client we help purchase or sell a home through a Franklin family member, we will donate $250 after closing! Born and raised in Connecticut, she spent many years living in Boston before moving to North Andover with her husband Bill and their two kids in 2018. Meghan graduated from UNH with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and her Masters in Elementary Education. She spent 10 years teaching 2nd grade. It has been said to find a Realtor with the heart of a teacher.  Currently, Meghan has been a huge part of our North Andover Community serving as Franklin Elementary PTO President, Girl Scout Troop Leader and a youth softball coach. Her transition to Real Estate has been gradual with her and her husband building a portfolio of investment properties over the past 10 years. Their portfolio expands from Boston to the North Shore. With her expertise in property management and experience navigating the purchase process personally, she is going to be a huge resource for our clients.
