Ideally, this home would be in a quiet neighborhood with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. They would prefer a home that has been updated in the $700,000 - $750,000 range.
The buyers need a bath tub and an additional space in the basement that could be used as a playroom or office. The basement wouldn't need to be finished as they're open to finishing themselves if the home feels right.
